I’ve been using the Godox app to control my lights, and overall it’s been smooth. Pairing was quick, and being able to adjust the power from my phone saves me from walking back and forth constantly. It does sometimes take a second to reconnect, which makes me a little cautious about relying on it for anything super time-sensitive, but it hasn’t caused any real problems so far. For my smaller shoots, it does exactly what I need.

I ordered a light from godox and it showed up in good shape. tracking was fine and the packaging was solid, no dents or missing pieces or anything... only reason I’m going with 4 stars is it took a couple days longer than I thought it would. not a big deal really, I just wish the delivery updates were a little clearer. overall though, I’m happy with it

I used godox.com and overall it was a fair experience. The site loaded well, and I was able to find most of the products I was looking for without too much hassle. That said, some areas felt a little confusing, especially when trying to track down the right accessories or support information. To be fair, the site does work and it’s not bad by any means, but I think it could be made simpler and easier to navigate.

I ordered something from godox.com and ended up needing to send one item back since it just wasn’t quite what I was trying to use it for. The return process itself wasn’t awful or anything, but I did have to email them a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next.

The refund showed up eventually, so it worked out, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Maybe there was something I missed on their site, not sure. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little clunky, and I’d probably be more careful before ordering next time.

I’ve used this light a few times now, and I’m happy with it. It’s bright, stays steady, and the colors actually look really nice on camera. I was a little worried about flickering, but so far I haven’t had any issues at all. It just makes the whole setup feel a bit more put together

I was already feeling a little impatient that day, so the slower replies made it more frustrating than it probably needed to be. Customer support did help me in the end, and everything got sorted out, but I definitely expected quicker responses. Not a bad experience overall, just a bit slow.

I’ve been using a few Godox flashes and triggers with my Sony gear, it’s been painless. Everything just connects without much fuss, which is more than I can say for some setups I’ve tried before. I like that I can add more lights down the road and still stay in the same system. Kind of regret not going this route earlier, because it really does make shooting easier. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it’s been really solid

My flash started having issues after a few months, and thankfully the warranty did cover the repair. That part was fine, but the whole process felt like more work than it should’ve been. Emails were slow, and I had to ask twice just to get updates instead of being kept in the loop. I did get it back and it’s working fine now, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

So the product itself works fine, but the manual threw me off a bit during setup. I ended up having to watch a YouTube video to really figure out what to do.

I bought a Godox flash and trigger from godox.com, the price was fair compared to a lot of other brands. It does what I need for smaller shoots, and the setup was not too difficult. The build feels decent enough too. It is not anything super fancy, but it works fine for my needs. For the money, I am happy with it. Shipping was okay as well, no major issues...

Checkout was super simple, which felt like a small win for me. I was able to finish everything quickly without getting stuck or overthinking it.

I been using my Godox lights for events and smaller shoots for about a year now, and they’ve been good. They get tossed around in my bag a bit and still work fine, so that’s been nice. One of the batteries does drain faster now which is a little annoying, but overall they been reliable enough for what I need.

My order showed up on time, which was a relief. The box was a bit dented when it arrived, so I was worried something might be damaged, but after checking everything, it was all fine inside. Not perfect packaging, but overall I’m happy it turned out okay.

I updated my flash and, thankfully, it went through without any issues. I don’t have much patience for stuff like this, so I was glad it didn’t turn into a whole ordeal.

The light works fine and feels okay for the price. I used it a bit and noticed one of the knobs got loose sooner than I expected. Overall, the quality is decent, but it just doesn’t feel as solid as I was hoping, if that makes sense

Battery life has been solid for my shoots. It’s not perfect or anything, so don’t expect this little bastard to last forever, but it usually gets me through most days without making me panic...

I bought this from Godox and have been using it with my lights for a few weeks now. The remote responds really quickly, with no annoying delay or missed clicks so far. It definitely makes changing settings during shoots easier, which is nice because I hate having to keep walking back and forth just to adjust lights. Setup wasn’t too bad, but I still wish these things required a little less effort to get going. Overall, I’m happy with it and it does what I needed.

I was looking for a flash and a couple of small video lights, and Godox actually had almost everything I wanted to check out in one place. The selection was bigger than I expected, which was nice.
It did take me a little while to compare the different models, though. Some of the product names are actually kind of confusing if you’re not already familiar with their gear, but having accessories and spare parts listed made things easier.

I’d give it 4 stars because the range is great, but the browsing could be a bit simpler. I did find what I needed in the end, so overall it was a decent experience
